Our whole experience right from Nancy showing us the various options for Window coverings – vertical blinds, shades, shutters etc., choosing our plantation blinds and finally getting installation done with Rob and Terri has been outstanding! Nancy did a great job of educating us about the pros and cons of each option and finally we chose Norman Wood composite plantation shutters. Ultimately after the material came, Rob did the installation mainly with Terri providing support and it was very smooth and efficiently done. We are extremely happy with how it all turned out and would have no hesitation in recommending The Blind and Shutter Company to install Window coverings.

Awesome job! Nancy in sales was phenomenal….she knows blinds like I know fishin’. There wasn’t a Q she didn’t know the answer to. Her advice was spot on. Rob and Terri (the owners/installers) were great. Not a single hiccup in the process. Interior shutters made locally in Melbourne was our choice and they look beautiful! Thanks to all involved.

This family owned and operated business is truly outstanding! From our visit to their showroom, wherein Robert, their son, showed and explained to us the various products they offer; to Nancy, their design consultant’s, visit to our home where she accurately made her measurements, and provided requested and much welcomed suggestions regarding our choices; and finally to the professional, meticulous, yet speedy installation by the husband and wife team of Rob and Terri… the whole process was so pleasant and stress free! It felt as if we were being helped by friends rather than by someone who was hired. My wife and I are so glad that we found them, for initially we were headed elsewhere. We moved into our new house a few weeks ago and I didn’t like the vertical blinds that came in the sliding glass doors. Thanks to The Blind and Shutter Company and Terri and Rob Berry I know have beautiful plantation shutters on the sliders. They look gorgeous and were very well priced. I shopped around. These people can’t be beat. Love them

Great experience from the consult to install. Great customer service from Nancy. She was friendly and knowledgeable and asked me questions about options that no one had. Quick install from Ron and Terry. I really felt like they were friends by the time they left!! Overall really happy with product, price, and people!
